About Us

Elevate Mind & Style is a nonprofit (EIN-394148771), women-centered organization dedicated to improving mental health outcomes by blending the healing power of community, creativity, and confidence. Through our Elevate Mental Wellness & Empowerment Initiative, we create spaces where women can heal and grow, with a particular focus on women of color, who too often face the greatest barriers to culturally responsive mental wellness resources and supportive community.

Many women move through major life transitions that shape their mental well-being: career changes, caregiving, loss, entrepreneurship, and relocation. For women in the diaspora, building a new life in an unfamiliar country adds another layer: rebuilding careers, creating new support systems, and rediscovering identity and confidence. Relocation is often described as one of life’s most stressful experiences, yet many women move through it without the community they need to thrive.

Cultural stigma, financial barriers, limited representation among providers, and a lack of spaces that reflect real lived experience keep too many women from seeking the support they deserve. Elevate Mind & Style exists to close that gap by offering a welcoming community where women can prioritize their mental wellness, strengthen resilience, and build meaningful connections rooted in authentic self-expression.

Our Mission

Heal
Create spaces that nurture mental wellness and break the stigma around mental health within communities of color, through open conversations, culturally responsive therapy resources, and expert-led sessions.

Grow
Through community, education, and inspiration from other women, empower women of color to reclaim their peace, embrace their strengths, and thrive personally and professionally in spaces designed with their experiences in mind.

Shine
Promote visibility and growth for women entrepreneurs and professionals of color by celebrating their achievements and amplifying their reach.
