Volunteers are the heartbeat of Elev8!

Choose the areas that spark your interest and help us create an unforgettable experience for our attendees. You’re welcome to select multiple roles that align with your skills and passion.

Event Operations & Logistics Volunteers

  • Role: Setup, breakdown, room/stage coordination, assisting vendors.
  • Skills Needed: Organizational, physically able.
  • Tasks: Set up booths, chairs, decorations

Hospitality & Attendee Engagement Volunteers

  • Role: Check-in attendees, manage tickets, answer questions.
  • Skills Needed: Friendly, detail oriented.
  • Tasks: Check-in, distribute programs, provide directions, manage guest inquiries, manage seating, crowd management, manage relaxation zones, facilitate networking, answer questions.

Speaker, VIP, and Coach Support Volunteers

  • Role: Assist speakers, VIPs, and coaches before, during, and after sessions.
  • Skills Needed: Professionalism, discretion, and communication skills.
  • Tasks: Escort speakers/coaches, manage timing, provide materials
    and support.

Coaches & Wellness Guides

  • Role: Offer guidance or mini sessions in mental health, life skills, career coaching, or fitness.
  • Skills Needed: Certified/experienced, approachable, empathetic.
  • Tasks: Conduct small group or one-on-one sessions, facilitate exercises, guide attendees in wellness activities.

Makeup Artists & Hairstylists

  • Role: Prepare models, speakers, or VIPs for fashion shows and photo ops.
  • Skills Needed: Professional/semi-professional makeup and hairstyling.
  • Tasks: Apply makeup and hair, assist with quick wardrobe changes, ensure runway-ready looks.

Fashion Show Support Volunteers

  • Role: Backstage coordination for models and event timing.
  • Skills Needed: Organizational, proactive, calm under pressure.
  • Tasks: Manage model lineup, coordinate wardrobe changes, help with props, ensure timing for each segment.

Models

  • Role: Showcase fashion pieces on the runway or in photo ops.
  • Skills Needed: Confident, punctual, professional.
  • Tasks: Walk runway, participate in photo sessions, assist with promotional content if needed.

Vendor Support Volunteers

  • Role: Assist vendors with setup and attendee interactions.
  • Skills Needed: Customer service, flexibility.
  • Tasks: Guide vendors to booths, answer questions, maintain cleanliness.

Marketing & Social Media Volunteers

  • Role: Capture and promote content live.
  • Skills Needed: Photography, videography, social media savvy.
  • Tasks: Take photos/videos, post live updates, collect testimonials.
